Take Time (“Take Time”) is a trading name of The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (MLP) - a company registered in England and Wales under the company number 6467245, at the registered address of: The Marketing Lounge Partnership (Take Time), The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree, Lower Stretton, Warrington WA4 4PG. We refer to ourselves as “Take Time” and the use of “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “MLP” in these terms and conditions, or anywhere on the www.taketime.co.uk site (“Website”) should be taken as reference to “Take Time”.
Make sure you read through and understand these terms and conditions. By using this Website or by becoming a member (“Member” or “Members”) of Take Time, you are agreeing to accept and be bound by these terms.
Take Time is a website platform featuring deals, discounts and monetary savings (“Offer” or “Offers”), provided by external third-party affiliates (“Partner”, “Partner’s” or “Partners”). This means that, by choosing to accept or redeem an Offer from a featured Partner on the Website, you will also be bound by the Partner’s terms and conditions, which are in addition to the terms featured on this page. The Partner’s terms and conditions will be made available when viewing the offer details (“Offer Page”).

Access to, and the use of the Offers featured on the Website is only available to those who join Take Time by becoming a Member. For the avoidance of doubt, Members refers to those who have been granted access to the Website with a Membership (“Membership” or “Memberships”), which refers to the period of time the Member has to keep accessing the Website and Offers.

Commencement of a Membership will only ever be granted by way of invitation and in some cases a unique activation code (“Activation Code”) may be issued to the intended recipient which will be required to be submitted as part of the registration process.

To be eligible and be accepted for a Membership, you must be aged 18 years or above.

Once an Activation Code is system generated by Take Time, it is active for registration (“Activation Period”) for a period of up to 12 months. An Activation Code cannot be used beyond this point. For the avoidance of doubt this is not to be confused with the length of Membership.

Once an Activation Code has been submitted as part of the initial registration on the Website (“Activation, Activated”), the Membership will commence from the date of Activation.

There are various types of Memberships which are defined as follows:

a. 30 day Membership
i. Your Activation Code is valid for up to twelve months from the date it is system generated, after which it will expire and cannot be extended.
ii. Your Take Time Membership will be valid for 30 days from the date of Activation, after which it will expire and cannot be extended. -
b. 90 day Membership
i. Your Activation Code is valid for up to twelve months from the date it is system generated, after which it will expire and cannot be extended.
ii. Your Take Time Membership will be valid for 90 days from the date of Activation, after which it will expire and cannot be extended. -
c. Twelve Month Membership
i. Your Activation Code is valid for up to twelve months from the date it is system generated, after which it will expire and cannot be extended.
ii. Your Take Time Membership will be valid for twelve months from the date of Activation, after which it will expire and cannot be extended.

Once your initial Membership has been Activated, each Member will receive an Activation Email confirming the commencement of the Take Time Membership.

You can only have one active Membership running at any one time per email address. In instances where you have multiple Activation Codes, you can add the Activation Code(s) to your account. The next Membership Period (“Membership Period”) will automatically activate and will run consecutively, following expiration of a previous Membership. On expiry of a previous Membership, the Member will receive an email confirming the next Membership Period and the date it commences.

On the expiry date of your Membership, your login details will be disabled and therefore you will be unable to gain access to the Offers.

Take Time reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to modify any features of this Website at any time without notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such changes.

All Offers are curated and supplied by our Partners - Take Time cannot be held liable in any way for the failure of any of our Partners to deliver what has been offered to our Members.

Take Time reserve the right to suspend or deactivate a Members account if we deem it has been used for false or fraudulent purposes. Such Member may not open an alternative account.

Members may not sell, trade or transfer a Membership to another person, neither accept nor use a Membership account that does not belong to them.

Members may not sell, trade or promote Offers to the general public on third party websites or any online trading platforms.

Each Offer has different terms and conditions which are specific to each Partner and can be found on the Partners’ Offer Page. All Offers remain subject to availability.

Once you have selected a Partners’ Offer on the Website you must follow the specific redemption instructions in order to redeem your Offer. In some instances, this may require you to visit a third-party website. We do not control or monitor any external websites; these website addresses are provided by each company as they join our program.

Take Time have no control over the contents of third party sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Each Partners’ website address is tested to make sure they link to the correct site only at the time of being published.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee your safety or site content once you leave this Website.

Age, health, weight and/or other restrictions may apply to Partners Offer(s) displayed on the Website; any restrictions will be detailed within the terms and conditions of the Partners Offer(s) which will be contained on the Partners’ Offer Page.

Selected Partners may be closed at certain times of the year such as bank holidays and some Offers may be subject to seasonal variances. Please ensure you check directly with the Partner to avoid disappointment.

The Partners’ reserve the right to refuse admission and to close or modify all or any part of the facilities for any reasons they deem fit.

Partners are entitled to withdraw from Take Time or to change the terms and conditions of their Offers. In these instances, Take Time shall have no liability for any such withdrawals or changes in terms and conditions, Offers or availability.

Take Time reserves the right to amend or withdraw any Offer, without prior notice.

Take Time will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for:
a. any non-acceptance of the Partners’ Offer(s) or
b. any inability by you to use the Offer properly or at all or
c. the contents, accuracy or use of either the Offer or the products or services offered or
d. the quality and/or the availability of the products or services offered by the Partner or
e. any loss, personal injury or death caused by the products or services except where personal injury or death is caused by the negligence of Take Time, MLP or their employees, agents or subcontractors. -
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your legal rights as a consumer.

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a contract are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a resident in a part of the UK other than England and Wales, we agree that any such dispute may be dealt with by the courts located there.
