How do I get access to Take Time?
Access to, and the use of the Offers featured on Take Time is only available to those who join by becoming a Member. Access to Take Time is free and by way of invitation only (for example a free Gift or Prize you've been awarded). If you’ve been invited to join Take Time and have a Unique Activation Code, please follow the steps detailed within the 'how to activate' communication you received.
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer paid-for memberships.
What is Take Time?
Take Time is a website platform featuring deals, discounts and monetary savings, from partners we team up with. As a Take Time Member, you can save big at local and well-known chain restaurants, gyms/spa's and hotels. Plus, you can enjoy super savings on entertainment, UK and international travel deals, and discounts at top attractions nationwide.
Do I need to give credit card details when signing up to Take Time?
No, access to Take Time is free and by way of invitation only (for example a free Gift or Prize you've been awarded). We don't currently offer paid-for memberships and we won't ask for your credit or debit card details. Just to confirm, when you activate your Free Membership, you won't be entered into any kind of recurring subscription.
Your Free Membership will start the day it's activated and when it expires, your access will be automatically rescinded. We'll never personally take any money from you.
Can I add more than one free Membership?
The good news is yes, you can! If you're lucky enough to have multiple free Memberships, you can add these to your 'my account' section under 'membership'. Just enter the Unique Activation Codes one at a time, and we'll add these to your Membership Tracker. You can't have more than one Membership running at any one time, so we'll just automatically start your next Membership when your current one expires.
You'll get a handy email each time you add a new Membership, and an email when a new Membership starts. This helps you maximise your use of Take Time!
Where can I see the offers?
Once you’ve logged in you will be able to explore all our exclusive offers on your dashboard. You can also search our trending offers by category or location. You can even customise your dashboard to the offers you prefer.
I'm having trouble redeeming an offer
Sorry to hear you are having trouble redeeming an offer - this is not what we wanted! Please contact us via the contact form on this page and we'll look into this for you. Please include important information to help us resolve your query as quickly as possible. For example, how did you try to redeem and did you see any error messages?
How much can I save?
How much you can save depends on how much you use your Take Time membership. Each partner may feature a different offer or discount, so some may be a smaller 10% discount to help you save a few pennies, or some may be a 2 for 1, or even freebie. We like to provide a mixed bag!
Are there any restrictions?
Yes, each offer will feature its own terms and conditions so be sure to check these out on the specific offer details page.
Do I need to pre-book?
Some of our partners may require you to pre-book and you’ll find these details on the offer details page, for the offer you're interested in.
Does each partner offer the same deal?
No – all the lifestyle categories on Take Time feature bespoke offers, deals and discounts. We work with all our partners individually to deliver the best value and experience on behalf of our Members.
Can I print my offer voucher?
If you don’t have a smartphone, you can print your offer voucher where applicable. If you need to bring proof of the offer, this will be stated in the offer terms and conditions.
What do I show at a venue when I arrive or go to pay?
When you make a booking or wish to use an e-code or voucher at a venue, you might need to show your digital membership card, in addition to your Take Time e-code or voucher. This can be found in your 'my account' area under 'membership details'. Make sure to check the offer terms and conditions before you arrive at the venue.
How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry that you want to leave us. Please contact us via the contact us form on this page and we'll assist with the cancellation of your membership.
What happens if I lock myself out of my Take Time account?
If you lock yourself out of your Take Time account you will need to wait 60 seconds before trying to log back in. If you’re still having trouble accessing the Take Time site, please get in touch with us via the contact form on this page.
How do I update my details?

Are there a maximum number of users per membership?
Membership is valid for the named user only and is strictly non-transferable.
